I have been a patient of Dr. Faiella's for nearly 8 years and I was eager to follow her to her new business at Island Dental Health. Dr. Faiella is not only friendly and professional but gentle with her oral care. Ashley, the dental hygienist, is also very personable and considerate. The office is very clean, modern and welcoming. I have to say I was very impressed with Island Dental. I had a crown that popped off and since I was new to the area I did not have a dentist yet. The first 3 dental offices I called were not accepting new patients but Island dental gave me an appointment the next morning. My appointment was for 8:30am and I was taken immediately after completing my paperwork, they took an X-ray and cemented the crown and I was done in 40 min . The staff were all very nice and very efficient. Highly recommend this dental office and happy with my new dentist!

I must say, the staff at Island Dental does not disappoint. Yesterday, my appointment consisted of a cleaning and Ashley is a top-drawer hygienist! She’s everything one would want: She listens, she explains what she’s doing and what she finds. And for what it’s worth, she provides pain-free dentistry! As a relatively new patient (having just moved to RI) I have had several issues that put me in Dr. Faiella’s chair. Clearly, this buttoned-up practice takes its cues from its leader. Dr. Faiella who has provided me with excellent, thoughtful dentistry. She’s very professional and competent - all things one would want in a dentist! I highly recommend Island Dental.

The staffing care that we received at island dental health exceeded our expectations. We were on the island and in a pediatric dental emergency, and we went to the office without a phone call or appointment. They were gracious enough to see if we were in need and were able to see us within minutes. The technology and care and cleanliness of the office was top-tier. We are so grateful for them.
