This was my second visit to this dental practice and to Dr. Faiella. My first appointment was for X-rays and a new doctor/patient visit. OH, and because there was some time after my XRAYS, the hygenist asked "do you want your teeth cleaned while you wait?" She told me that my teeth and gums were in great shape and it would not take longer than 30 minutes to clean them. Of course I accepted. It saved me from having to make an appointment!!The the second visit (today) was to have a crown replaced. The staff are all courteous, friendly and reassuring. Dr. Faiella was so kind giving me extra Novocaine and being so gentle with me. I am a big scaredy cat when I go for dental visits/procedures. This was INCREDIBLY refreshing to have SUCH a caring doctor and assistant (Kat). I will go back to get the permanent crown, but I am not nervous now...THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST and DENTAL PRACTICE I have ever been to....THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Faiella and all Island Dental staff!!!!

Excellent staff and a top notch dentist. From the first smiling face at reception to the dentist chair everyone was professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and welcome the whole time. I will be back again! Ever feel like you didn't want to leave the dentist office? Weird, but true. Thank you Island Dental Health! (This isn't a paid review)

I was very impressed with my entire experience at Island Dental. I was in horrible pain. They were the only group willing to see me. I am here on vacation. The staff was very professional, and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Faiella was wonderful and helped find a solution for my tooth. Great experience, I am very grateful.

I must say, the staff at Island Dental does not disappoint. Yesterday, my appointment consisted of a cleaning and Ashley is a top-drawer hygienist! She’s everything one would want: She listens, she explains what she’s doing and what she finds. And for what it’s worth, she provides pain-free dentistry! As a relatively new patient (having just moved to RI) I have had several issues that put me in Dr. Faiella’s chair. Clearly, this buttoned-up practice takes its cues from its leader, Dr. Faiella, who has provided me with excellent, thoughtful dentistry. She’s very professional and competent - all things one would want in a dentist! I highly recommend Island Dental.
